Dr. Lisa Long-Palestra has been treating patients in the Tampa Bay area for 15 years. She is originally from Atlanta, GA. She is married and has a one year old baby boy. Dr. Long is a graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA.
Dean Palestra is the Administrator at Long Chiropractic. He is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Dean served 8 years in the United States Airforce as a Security Policeman. He has his degree in business administration. Dean is also Dr. Longs husband and they have been married since April of 2000.

I have been employed with Long Chiropractic since 2003. I was hired as a Therapeutic Assistant. I received my X-ray License, Chiropractic Assistant Certification and currently lead the front office. I moved to Tampa from California in 2002. I was a personal trainer and ran a program called "Youth in Action". I have had many certifications in the health field including CNA, MA & Personal Trainer. I enjoy everyday at work and we have the best patients. My motto for patient care is "treat every patient as if they were one of your family members".
Michelle - Theraphy Assistant
Hello! My name is Michelle and I have been with Long Chiropractic since April of 2007. I am originally from Clewiston, FL and have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 2 years now. I attended Santa Fe Community College and received my associates degree in psychology. I moved to Tampa in 2006 and attended massage school at FMU. Our patients are like family to us and I love knowing that we make a difference in their lives.
Sophie - Massage Therapist
I was born and raised in Normandy, France. I completed massage school at Lorraine's Academy in St Petersburg, Florida. I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body work. I enjoy spending time with my two cats Chanel & Harley as well as my friends and family. Other interest includes travel, sports and volunteering for Hospice in St. Pete for massage therapy.

Hello, my name is Tabitha. I am 24 years old and was born and raised here in Tampa. I attended the University of South Florida where I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2007. I have been a member of the Long Chiropractic family since February of 2008, and love knowing that we help our patients live a healthier and happier life.
